    Badlands Cowboy Tack Co., previously known as Hookin' Halters, LLC, started out as a small halter business by a young college student, Caitlin Wade, in Billings, Montana. We owe big thanks to Bill and Jann Parker of Billings, Montana/Billings Livestock. They have always been our greatest supporters, and mentors, and they are our greatest inspiration to be as much as we can be, do as much as we can do, and help those who need it. Bill Parker is now flying high above us, roping in greener pastures, but he will forever be in our hearts ❤.
